Terms of Use

These Terms of Service describe the rules for using myLocal. By creating an account, claiming a business, or using myLocal, you agree to these terms.

myLocal is operated by Eluna Works LLC DBA myLocal.

If you use myLocal for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials, configuring appropriate team permissions, and ensuring that people using your account are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for activity through your account. Please notify myLocal promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

Directory information may come from businesses, public sources, licensed providers, community submissions, and connected products. A listing is not an endorsement or guarantee by myLocal.

Business claimants must have authority to manage the business. They are responsible for keeping published information accurate and for having the rights needed to use submitted names, logos, images, links, and other content.

Businesses are responsible for the promotional content they create or distribute through myLocal and for complying with applicable advertising, privacy, and communications requirements.

Businesses must have an appropriate basis for storing audience information and sending email, text, or other promotional communications. myLocal consent tools support recordkeeping but do not replace the business's own legal responsibilities.

Promotional sending is subject to recipient, message-segment, account, and platform safety limits. Included allowances, purchased credits, and vertical-product allowances may differ. The exact estimated usage is shown before a campaign is sent, and carrier delivery outcomes may arrive after submission.

You may not use myLocal for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful activity; impersonate another person or business; submit content you do not have the right to use; send unwanted communications; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; scrape the service in violation of access controls; or attempt unauthorized access.

Claiming and managing a standard myLocal business listing does not require a paid myLocal subscription. A limited promotional email allowance and introductory SMS credits may be included. Additional SMS credits, larger allowances, third-party delivery charges, or separately priced services may apply to particular communication, transaction, or fulfillment features and will be disclosed before use.

Optional vertical products, including Buttoned and Apron Lane, are separate from the free myLocal listing. When a first-month-free offer is available, the trial begins only after the business completes activation in that vertical. Requesting access or claiming a myLocal listing does not begin the trial. Pricing and renewal terms after the trial will be presented before activation.

Payments may be processed by third parties. You authorize myLocal and its payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your account for charges you approve.

myLocal may connect with payment providers, social platforms, vertical business products, authentication providers, and other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and myLocal is not responsible for services it does not control.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give myLocal permission to host, reproduce, format, display, and process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

myLocal and its software, design, branding, workflows, and original materials are owned by myLocal or its licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.

We may add, change, pause, or remove features and may perform maintenance or experience interruptions. The service is provided on an available basis, and we do not guarantee that every listing, integration, or feature will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myLocal is provided without warranties of any kind. Businesses and customers are responsible for evaluating listings, content, transactions, services, and communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myLocal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, fails to pay required charges, or may harm myLocal, businesses, customers, or others. Account owners may stop using myLocal and request account closure, subject to outstanding obligations and lawful retention needs.

We may update these terms as the product, pricing, integrations, or legal requirements change. Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date.

Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected].
